We ask for the minimum we need to reply.

The pilot form asks for your interest type, contact details, restaurant or company details if you share them, POS setup, and a short message. The Plus waitlist asks only for your email and consent. We use that information to reply about MenuPilot beta access, restaurant pilots, partner conversations, or MenuPilot Plus.

Do not send allergy, health, payment, or sensitive personal details through the forms. MenuPilot recommendations should always be confirmed with restaurant staff, especially for allergens and ingredients.

When Supabase is configured, form submissions are stored in a private leads table with Row Level Security enabled. Public visitors can submit leads but cannot read the lead list.

The marketing site also records low-detail launch events such as page views, decoder runs, calculator changes, CTA clicks, direct-contact clicks, and form success or error states. These events use an anonymous browser session ID, page path, UTM fields, and basic tool details. They do not include names, email addresses, raw decoder phrases, or email body text. Contact details are stored separately only when you send a form or email us directly.
